Freight and Delivery

 

Hahndorf Candlemaker uses Australia Post as its carrier. 

 

All parcels are registered and insured.

 

The delivery period refers to the number of business days it takes to process and deliver the parcel to your nominated address (Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays are not counted as business days). The first business day is counted as the day after payment has been received. Please note that shipping to remote areas and sometimes during busy periods can take slightly longer. You will receive your order in 3 to10 business days

To keep you informed an email will be sent to you confirming your parcel is on its way. All parcels are delivered by Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is there to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left unless the parcel can be securely placed in the post box. We recommend you provide an address where someone will be during the day to sign for the parcel e.g. your work address.

Deliveries take place between Monday and Friday during the business hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure a correct and safe shipping address is provided. After the parcel has been shipped we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address or recall the parcel. A receipt will be provided via email. This will outline your purchase, payment method and other post sales information.
